Day 1: Adare & Killarney
This tour starts at Bunratty Castle Hotel in Bunratty, 6 miles from Shannon Airport. Meet your driver/guide in the lobby at 1:45 pm. Pass through the outskirts of Limerick and stop in the charming village of Adare, renowned for its thatched cottages. Arrive in Killarney, check into your hotel and take a stroll around town before dinner.

Day 2: Ring of Kerry Tour
Journey around the Ring of Kerry, a full day tour of varying mountain and coastline scenery. Start your tour at the Gap of Dunloe by viewing the “Heart of Kerry,” an audiovisual show, which will give you plenty of information on the area. Continue your drive around the coast to the colourful village of Sneem
and the vantage point of Moll’s Gap. Just outside Killarney tour Muckross House, a 19th century furnished mansion, which is set in charming gardens on the shores of Muckross Lake. Return to Killarney and relax before dinner.

Day 3: Cobh Heritage & Waterford Crystal
Drive through the mountains of Kerry and make a brief stop at the Blarney Woollen Mills in the village of Blarney. Travel through the outskirts of Cork city to visit Cobh Heritage Centre, located in the old train station. through which all emigrants passed to embark on the journey to the United States. See what travel was like under sail and steam and the many hardships travelers had to endure. Continue along the south coast to Waterford. On the outskirts of the city, visit the Waterford Crystal Factory to see how this popular crystal is created. In the showrooms see a wide range of tableware and special trophies. Check into your hotel and, after dinner, join a local guide for a stroll around the historic city centre.

Day 4: Hook Lighthouse & 6th Century Glendalough
Drive to the south coast to visit Hook Lighthouse, which dates from the early 13th century and is a unique example of an almost intact medieval lighthouse. This beacon served ships for 800 years and when it became fully automated in 1996, it was opened to the public. It gave rise to the expression “By Hook or by Crook.” Drive to Wicklow to visit the Glendalough Visitor Centre to learn about St. Kevin’s 6th century monastery. Walk through the ruined churches and round tower, which are set in a peaceful valley between two lakes. Continue your journey into Dublin where the evening is free.

Day 5: Homeward bound
Take a group transfer to Dublin Airport in time for your flight. After check-in, you’ll have time to shop at the duty free shops before boarding your flight for the journey home.
